Lillie Blyler has been with Jewson Civils Frazer for nearly three years and, with no prior experience in the industry, has excelled, recently celebrating promotion to Senior Sales Specialist within our Kings Lynn branch. With a get-up-and-go attitude, she has taken advantage of our unique opportunities for personal and professional development and has spent the last year completing a level 4 sales qualification, propelling her career to the next level.

"Throughout my time at Jewson Civils Frazer, I have been surrounded by excellent people who want the best for me. We are a small but tight-knit team at Kings Lynn, so the opportunity to take on more responsibility came quickly. I was always pointed in the right direction by managers and throughout the process of completing my level 4 sales qualification I've had all the support I could ask for. This extends beyond the branch network too. Regionally, Sales Directors and other branch managers have been really helpful, offering advice and allowing me to practice what I'd learned by hosting regional sales calls and delivering talks internally—even the little things have made a huge difference. From allowing me more time at home to study or keeping up to date with my progress, I have felt like everyone is behind me, which has been amazing. This support doesn't go unnoticed and this community makes Jewson Civils Frazer so unique."
